Skfoldr provides a SaaS platform that enables developers and teams to build, organize, manage, and reuse their code across projects. Our service includes code library management, IDE integration through MCP (Model Context Protocol), team code sharing, and seamless code reusability features.
3. User Accounts and Registration
To use our service, you must:
- Register for an account with accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
3.2 API Keys
API keys are issued for individual use only. Each user must create and use their own API keys. Sharing API keys between different users is strictly prohibited. API key usage is monitored to ensure compliance with these terms. Violation of this policy may result in key revocation or account termination.
4. Subscription and Payment Terms
4.1 Subscription Plans
We offer various subscription plans with different features and usage limits. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
4.2 Payment and Billing
All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Payment is processed through secure third-party payment processors.
4.3 Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time. No refunds will be provided for partial months. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

6.3 Code Library Content
You are solely responsible for ensuring that code you upload to your library does not infringe on third-party rights and complies with all applicable licenses. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all code before using it in your projects.
7. Data and Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
8. Service Availability and Support

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect service availability.

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Skfoldr from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you:
